Tavestin

Possessing an antiallergic effect, it reduces the permeability of blood vessels and capillaries, inhibits exudation and the formation of edema, reduces itching, and has an anticholinergic effect.

Manual

each tablet contains:

  • Active substance: clemastine fumarate in terms of clemastine 1 mg.
  • Excipients: magnesium stearate, Ludipress® (α-lactose monohydrate, polyvidone, crospovidone).

Rhinopathies of allergic origin, hay fever, urticaria, itchy skin, pruritic dermatoses, acute and chronic eczema, contact dermatitis, reactions associated with insect bites, drug allergies.

Tavestin tablets are taken orally before meals with water.

Recommended dosage regimen depending on age:
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet (1 mg) 2 times a day, morning and evening; if necessary, the daily dose can be increased to 6 tablets (6 mg); the maximum single dose should not exceed 2 tablets per dose.
Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1/2-1 tablet (0.5-1 mg) 2 times a day, morning and evening.
Children aged 3 to 6 years: 1/2 tablet (0.5 mg) 2 times a day, morning and evening.
Children aged 1 to 3 years: 1/4-1/2 tablet (0.25-0.5 mg) 2 times a day, morning and evening.
Should not be used for more than 14 days without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
