In addition to antihistamine activity, desloratadine has antiallergic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Manual

Each film-coated tablet contains:

  • Desloratadine 5 mg.

Excipients:

  • Lactose BP 70.300 mg
  • Starch BP 49,000 mg
  • Methylparaben BP 0.300 mg
  • Propylparaben BP 0.100 mg
  • Starch BP 3,200 mg
  • Purified water BP 25.00 mg
  • Magnesium stearate BP 2,400 mg
  • Purified Talc BP 3,000 mg
  • Colloidal Anhydrous Silicon Dioxide BP 2,000 mg
  • Starch QS BP up to 0.62 mg

Taken for rapid relief of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis, such as:

  • sneezing;
  • nasal discharge;
  • itching and nasal congestion;
  • itching and redness of the eyes;
  • lacrimation;
  • itching of the palate;
  • for chronic idiopathic urticaria to reduce and eliminate itching and rash.

Tades is intended for oral administration. It is recommended to take the drug at the same time of day, regardless of meals, with a small amount of water. The tablet should be swallowed whole without chewing.

For adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older, the drug is prescribed once a day at a dose of 5 mg (1 tablet).
