Clopidogrel is a precursor of the active substance, one of the metabolites of which is an inhibitor of platelet aggregation.

One tablet contains:

active substance – clopidogrel bisulfate 98.00 mg (equivalent to clopidogrel 75.00 mg).

excipients: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, anhydrous colloidal silicon, talc, stearic acid

composition of the film shell (Opadry pink 03F34266): hypromellose 6 cP (HPMC 2910), macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc, red iron oxide (E 172)

Prevention of atherothrombotic complications:

  • in adult patients suffering from myocardial infarction (from several days to 35 days), ischemic stroke (from 7 days to 6 months), or in patients with diagnosed peripheral arterial disease;
  • in adult patients suffering from acute coronary insufficiency syndrome;
  • syndrome of acute coronary insufficiency without ST segment elevation (unstable angina or myocardial infarction without Q wave), including in patients undergoing installation of a coronary stent during percutaneous intervention on the coronary vessels, in combination with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) acute myocardial infarction with elevation ST segment in combination with ASA in patients receiving drug treatment and suitable for thrombolytic therapy.

Prevention of atherothrombotic and thromboembolic complications in atrial fibrillation:

  • in adult patients with atrial fibrillation who have at least one risk factor for vascular disease, in patients with intolerance to vitamin K antagonists (whose risk of bleeding is low), to prevent atherothrombotic and thromboembolic events, including cerebral stroke, in combination with ASA.

For oral administration, regardless of food intake.
Adults and elderly patients:
Pinogal should be taken 75 mg once a day.
