Prevention of atherothrombotic complications:

Prevention of atherothrombotic and thromboembolic complications in atrial fibrillation:

  • in adult patients with atrial fibrillation who have at least one risk factor for vascular disease, in patients with intolerance to vitamin K antagonists (whose risk of bleeding is low), to prevent atherothrombotic and thromboembolic events, including cerebral stroke, in combination with ASA.
