Paracetamol, which is part of the drug, has an analgesic, antipyretic and slight anti-inflammatory effect.

Manual

each tablet contains:

  • Paracetamol BP 500 mg;
  • Activated dimethicone BP 25 mg;
  • Dicyclomine hydrochloride BP 10 mg;
  • Clidinium bromide USP 2.5 mg.
  • pain with spasm of smooth muscles of internal organs: biliary, renal and ureteral colic, intestinal spasms, biliary dyskinesia and pain with other spastic conditions of internal organs;
  • headache, toothache, migraine pain;
  • to relieve painful symptoms due to excess gas in the digestive tract;
  • algodismenorrhea and pain in diseases of the female genital area;
  • neurological diseases: radiculitis, sciatica, myalgia;
  • infectious and inflammatory diseases accompanied by fever.

Take orally.
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 tablet 3 times a day. The maximum single dose for adults is 2 tablets, daily 4 tablets. The duration of use without consulting a doctor is no more than 5 days when prescribed as an analgesic and 3 days when prescribed as an antipyretic.

With prolonged use of the drug, monitoring of the peripheral blood picture and the functional state of the liver is necessary. Do not exceed the daily dose; increasing it or longer treatment is possible only under the supervision of a doctor, since an overdose of the drug can cause liver failure.
