Restoration of the nervous system

Manual

1 ml of solution (1 ampoule) contains:

  • active substance: ipidacrine hydrochloride (in terms of anhydrous substance) 5 mg or 15 mg;
  • excipients: hydrochloric acid, water for injection.

As part of complex therapy:

  • diseases of the peripheral nervous system (neuritis, polyneuritis, polyneuropathy, polyradiculoneuropathy, myasthenia gravis and myasthenic syndrome of various etiologies);
  • diseases of the central nervous system: bulbar paralysis and paresis;
  • recovery period for organic lesions of the central nervous system, accompanied by motor disorders.

Neurodaks 5 mg/ml and Neurodaks 15 mg/ml injection solutions are administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously. Diseases of the peripheral nervous system: – mono- and polyneuropathy of various origins: intramuscularly or subcutaneously 1 ml of 5 mg/ml or 1 ml of 15 mg/ml solution for injection 1-2 times a day, course of treatment – 10-15 days (in severe cases – up to 30 days). Next, treatment is continued with the tablet form of the drug. – myasthenia gravis and myasthenic syndrome: intramuscularly or subcutaneously 1 ml of 5 mg/ml or 1 ml of 15 mg/ml injection solution 1-3 times a day, with further transition to the tablet form of the drug. The general course of treatment is 1-2 months. If necessary, treatment can be repeated several times with a break between courses of 1-2 months. Diseases of the central nervous system: – bulbar paralysis and paresis: intramuscularly or subcutaneously 1 ml of 5 mg/ml or 1 ml of 15 mg/ml solution for injection 1-2 times a day, the course of treatment is 10-15 days. Then, if possible, switch to the tablet form of the drug.

Recovery period for organic lesions of the central nervous system: intramuscularly 1 ml of 5 mg/ml or 1 ml of 15 mg/ml injection solution 1-2 times a day for up to 15 days. Then, if possible, switch to the tablet form of the drug. Special groups of patients.

Children: The safety of this drug in children and adolescents under 18 years of age has not yet been proven.
