Memibel-L vaginal suppositories contain metronidazole for antibacterial and antitrichomoniacal action, miconazole for antifungal action, as well as lidocaine, which gives a local anesthetic effect.

Manual

Each vaginal suppository contains:

  • Metronidazole BP 750 mg
  • Miconazole nitrate BP 200 mg
  • Lidocaine BP 100 mg
  • Excipients q.s.
  • vaginal candidiasis caused by Candida albicans;
  • bacterial vaginitis caused by anaerobic bacteria and Gardnerella vaginalis;
  • trichomonas vaginitis caused by Trichomonas vaginalis;
  • mixed vaginal infections.

Memibel-L should not be used without consulting a doctor. Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, one vaginal suppository should be inserted in a lying position deep into the vagina at night for 7 days. In cases of relapse of the disease or lack of positive clinical dynamics during treatment with other methods, the course of treatment can be repeated. For elderly patients (over 65 years): the method of administration and dosage are the same.

Vaginal suppositories should not be swallowed or administered in any other way. During treatment with the drug and at least one day after treatment, drinking alcohol is prohibited and it is recommended to abstain from sexual intercourse.
