Preparing the body for the process of bearing and giving birth to a child should begin at least six months before conception. Lindavit prenatal is a dietary supplement recommended as an additional source containing vitamins and microelements such as iron, zinc, iodine, vitamin B12, Vitamin D and folic acid, which help strengthen the body and increase the likelihood of conception. These vitamins are also recommended to be taken throughout pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Iron prevents the development of anemia during pregnancy. Zinc is necessary for the normal formation of the fetal skeleton and tissue regeneration. Vitamin B12 is involved in varythropoiesis and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B9 ensures the necessary speed of growth and development of the unborn child, especially in the early stages of pregnancy. Vitamin D plays an important role in maintaining the balance of calcium and phosphorus in the body of a pregnant woman. Iodine is necessary for the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Positively affects reproduction, growth, tissue differentiation and metabolism in children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women.

Lindavit Prenatal is taken orally, 1 capsule per day during meals, with a small amount of water. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
