Lindafer capsules are a balanced complex of iron fumarate, zinc sulfate, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B 12), folic acid and ascorbic acid, which are necessary for the process of normal hematopoiesis in the bone marrow.
Iron fumarate is a trace element that stimulates erythropoiesis.
Manual
Each hard gelatin capsule contains:
- Ferrous fumarate BP 305 mg eq. elemental iron 100 mg
- Folic acid BP 0.75 mg
- Cyanocobalamin BP 5 mcg
- Ascorbic acid BP 75 mg
- Zinc sulfate monohydrate BP 5 mg
Appropriate excess vitamins have been added.
- treatment and prevention of iron deficiency anemia of various etiologies, including those accompanied by folic acid deficiency;
- treatment and prevention of latent iron deficiency associated with excessive iron losses (bleeding, hypermenorrhea, regular donation);
- treatment and prevention of latent iron deficiency during periods of increased body need for it (pregnancy, breastfeeding, malnutrition, chronic gastritis with secretory insufficiency, condition after gastrectomy, decreased immunity during/after infectious diseases).
Adults and children over 12 years of age: The drug is prescribed orally, 1 capsule 1 time per day. The course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually and can last 1–3 months.
Patients with iron deficiency anemia: 1-2 capsules 2 times a day, for an average of 3 months (depending on the severity of anemia).
The drug should be taken between meals.
