• Ofloxacin USP 0.3% w/v;
• Beclomethasone dipropionate USP 0.025% w/v;
• Clotrimazole USP 1% w/v;
• Lidocaine hydrochloride USP 2% w/v;
• Based on glycerin USP and propylene glycol USP q.s.

Indicated for the treatment of external bacterial and fungal infections of the external auditory canal and middle ear caused by microorganisms susceptible to ofloxacin and clotrimazole.

Adults and children over 3 years old: instill 3-5 drops into the affected ear, to do this, tilt your head to the side, with your ear facing up, then carefully pull the earlobe back and up.

Children under 3 years of age: Gently pull the earlobe back and place 3-5 drops into the ear. Keep your head tilted for approximately 5 minutes to allow the drops to penetrate into the lower ear canal.

Gently blot excess medication from the ear using a clean cotton swab. Use 3-4 times a day for 7 – 14 days.
