Dramatek-S

Dramatek-S is an antiemetic drug, a stimulant of gastrointestinal motility.

Manual

every 5 ml contains:

  • Domperidone maleate BP eq. Domperidone 5 mg;
  • Simethicone BP 20 mg.

A complex of dyspeptic symptoms, often associated with delayed gastric emptying, gastroesophageal reflux, esophagitis:

  • a feeling of fullness in the epigastrium, a feeling of bloating, pain in the upper abdomen;
  • belching, flatulence;
  • nausea, vomiting;
  • heartburn with or without reflux of stomach contents into the oral cavity;
  • regurgitation syndrome, cyclic vomiting, gastroesophageal reflux and other gastric motility disorders in children;
  • increased gas formation in the intestines in the postoperative period.

The drug is for oral administration.
Shake the bottle of suspension before use.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: for chronic dyspepsia, 10 ml of suspension is prescribed 3 times a day, 15-30 minutes before meals and, if necessary, before bedtime. For nausea and vomiting, prescribe 10-20 ml of suspension 3-4 times a day before meals and before bedtime.

Children under 12 years of age: for chronic dyspepsia, the drug is prescribed at the rate of 2.5 ml of suspension per 10 kg of body weight 3 times a day before meals and, if necessary, before bedtime. For nausea and vomiting, the drug is prescribed at the rate of 5 ml of suspension per 10 kg of body weight 3-4 times a day before meals and before bedtime.

The maximum daily dose of domperidone, which is part of Dramatek-S, should not exceed 80 mg (80 ml of the drug).
